FRONTLINE SERVICES

            

                  Service Title:    Aid to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS)


      Service Description:

       This is the basic assistance provided to walk-in clients or individuals in crisis       situation needing financial assistance, food supplies, counseling services and other       basic needs.

           This service can be availed within 3 days (financial assistance)

      Who must avail of the service:

           Individuals in crisis situation within the Municipality

      Requirements:

           1.) Certificate of Indigency

           2.) Barangay Certification/ Recommendation

           3.) Prescription of medicines from the Attending Physician
